These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of zapcans.com and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Charlotte Electric Motors LLC ("Zap Cans," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel orders resulting from pricing or description mistakes, including after an order has been submitted.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy, each of which is part of these Terms.
HVAC capacitors store an electrical charge and can be dangerous if handled improperly. Installation and replacement should be performed by a qualified HVAC technician, following the manufacturer's specifications and all applicable safety codes. You are responsible for selecting the correct part for your equipment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charlotte Electric Motors LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Products are covered by our Warranty, which is your exclusive remedy for defective products. Except as stated there, products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
